Fort St. John Picks Its Torch Relay Participant

When the olympic flame arrives in Fort St. John on January 31st, it will make its entrance to Centennial Park in the hands of Ross H. Maclean.
The community leader has lived in the North Peace for over 90 years and was chosen as the community's honorary torchbearer, to light the cauldron.
Maclean was excited to receive the call this week.
Maclean has been a strong supporter of Fort St. John minor hockey for several decades, and a member of the rotary club since 1963.
