Bassist J.a. Granelli contributed all but one of the songs to this set, but is mostly content to be in the background with drummer Diego Voglino, inspiring slide guitarist David Tronzo and organist Jamie Saft to play at their best. The music is funky, adventurous, sometimes a bit rockish, bluesy, and generally unpredictable.
