The Plan 714 Till EP bridges the time between Komeda's first two full-length albums -- Pop På Svenska, and their follow-up (and first international release), The Genius of Komeda. This shorter offering encapsulates the band's fun and bright sound; included are their trademark driving, tight grooves (as on "Herbamore"), and their soft, dreamy side ("Som I Fjol"). The closer, "En Spricka I Taket," becomes a bit of an endurance test at over seven minutes with its up-n-down guitar strum endlessly repeated, but creates the impression of a record caught on the last groove in a hypnotic but unmistakable signal to the EP's end.
