Giving new meaning to the term "underground music," Lustmord's second album was reportedly recorded in a variety of subterranean spaces, which gives much of it a glorious echo. While much of Lustmord's later material would rely very heavily on digitally created sounds, a good chunk of this album is produced with conventional instrumentation (vocals, pipes, percussion, and "machinery"), albeit heavily treated, producing thick drone textures that alternate between beautiful and scary.
